Licensing: Running an accommodation establishment gives you enough to worry about without all the schlep of running around trying to sort out business and other related licenses. We take this off your hands, ensuring that the process is hassle-free with no queuing, endless forms or comebacks.

Training: It's pointless having a wonderful B&B if your staff are going to let you down. Have them trained in all aspects of B&B domestic services, from the efficient cleaning and servicing of rooms, to doing laundry, preparing a full continental or English breakfast, answering the telephone correctly, taking messages and greeting guests all the way through to dealing with deliveries.
Training is practical in nature and done to the highest standard. Although certain aspects of the training require literacy, a basic course is available for illiterate employees.

Business plans: We will assist you with your comprehensive business plan to ensure that you are working towards clear business objectives and, ultimately, a profitable establishment.
