Edit bookings, edit guest information, make notes about guests for future reference, flag a guest as a 'problem' so that any future booking from them will be highlighted to alert you, OR set the system to disallow a future booking from them OR to allow only a provisional booking from them.

Receive automated invoice as soon as booking is made (or the guest is taken directly to the credit card payment gateway if you are using one).

Receive automated receipt of payment as soon as the administrator marks a manual booking as paid (where online credit card payment is not being used).

Allow repeat guests to login to their own account area and book from there - makes it quicker for them to book because all their information is already in the system. In this guest account area they can view their own booking history and change personal details. Guest account area has a forgotten password function.
